- Act as the project manager for transition projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define transition requirements and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with transition processes and standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to transition teams.
- Communicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT service transition and project management.
- Strong knowledge of IT service desk operations.
- Experience in managing end-to-end transition projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills :
- Experience in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Knowledge of IT service management tools.
