Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with the organization's workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job postings.
  • Source candidates using databases, job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during recruitment.
  • Manage offer negotiations and issue appointment letters.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
  • Experience recruiting for (specific industry, e.g., IT, healthcare, manufacturing).
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing.
