Roles and Responsibilities:

·    Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding.

·    Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective JD

·     Source and screen candidates using multiple channels (portals, social media, networking, referrals)

·     Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/functional assessments with relevant stakeholders.

·      Drive recruitment for sales, marketing, operations, customer relations, and other real estate functions.

·      Maintain candidate database and generate recruitment reports/MIS.

·      Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of selected candidates to the HR operations team.

·      Build employer branding strategies to attract high-quality talent.

·     Stay updated with market trends and competitors' hiring practices.

Requirements:

· Proven working experience as HR

· People oriented and results driven

· Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

· Knowledge of HR systems and databases

· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Qualification
: Bachelor's / MBA- Degree in Human Resources or related field

Skills:

·     Good communication skills

·     Must be presentable

·     Quick Learner

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Should not be more than 40 years in age
