Senior Manager – Talent Management

Primary Purpose:

The role holder will be responsible to work closely with the local and global teams of Business Partners and COEs to strategize and deliver the agendas of Talent Management, Attraction and Engagement pillars for ABI’s India BU.


Talent Management:

• Manage the existing Global and Local Talent Programs – GMT (Global Management Trainee), FLP (Future Leaders Program), SVP (Sales Visionary Programs), SCVP (Supply Chain Visionary Program) and MVP (Marketing Visionary Program), Summer Internship

• Manage the budget for Talent Programs and develop local programs to attract talent and retain future company leaders in the context for BU India

• Develop strategies and coach the Talent Squad accordingly to align and standardise the selection process for all talent programs


Talent Attraction:

• Drive a comprehensive & integrated employer brand strategy to engage and interact with the targeted talent pool

• Drive initiatives in line with our goal to be known as the ‘Employer of Choice’ and ensure a good mix of talent pool across channels such as social media, campus partnerships, recruiting events, talent communities, etc.


Engagement :

• Manage the end-to-end annual cycle of people processes such as Organization & People Review (OPR), Leadership Capability Model (LCM), Individual Development Plans in close collaboration with the Global People Continuity teams

• Manage the implementation of the annual engagement surveys across the BU


Education level and/ or experience:

• MBA in HR from a premier B-School

• 3 – 5 years of Talent Management, Business Partnering Experience

• Exceptional Organizational & Time Management Skills

• Ability to lead and inspire people

• Good commercial acumen

• High level of communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build effective relationships
