Key Responsibilities Responsible to achieve the Revenue & EBIDTA Target in the publishing segment
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Ensure coordination with:
Costing department to get competitive prices for every enquiry
Planning and production department to ensure smooth execution of each order as per the quality parameter specified by the customer and delivery as per the schedule.
Accounts department for proper documentation & billing & for further process
Supply Chain for timely procurement of raw material.
Collection & receivables team for the payment follow up
Ensure the TAT is met, and quality issues are addressed – SFI98%
Error free and timely documentation i.e questionnaire, factory profile, and other compliance returns w.r.t clients code of conduct
Study and analyse market, customer, competition of the said Segment and generate business plan
Look for new range of services/solutions based on the Segment trends, market feedback and customer expectations.
Ensure the client is updated on the job status
closely work with clients on New Product development
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products
Any additional responsibilities as and when assigned by reporting manager
