Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manager Sales to lead our B2 B initiatives in Brisbane and Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2 B sales to the large-scale packaged food manufacturing sector and be ready to relocate from India to Australia. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Craft and execute effective sales plans to achieve and exceed targets in the area of responsibility.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2 B clients and distributors.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of B2 B sales experience, preferably with large-scale packaged food manufacturers.
- Proficiency in any of the CRMs.
Skills:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate from India to Australia.
- Familiarity with the Australian market is a plus.
