Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales Executive for our Edtech division in Bengaluru. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales prospecting, negotiating deals, and lead qualification. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to grow in the sales field within the Edtech industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales prospecting (Mandatory skill)

  • Lead qualification (Mandatory skill)
  • Customer relationship management: Ability to manage and nurture client relationships effectively.
  • Product knowledge: Deep understanding of Edtech products to effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with the capability to interact with a diverse range of clients.
  • Closing deals: Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
  • Sales presentations: Experience in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations that meet client needs.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through research and engagement strategies.
  • Conduct high-quality presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close deals efficiently, aiming to exceed sales targets.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge to answer questions and provide relevant information to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales process.
  • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics to management.
  • Continuously seek out new business opportunities and market trends within the Edtech industry.
