We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ServiceNow Consultant with comprehensive knowledge of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to join our dynamic team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver HR data-related solutions to meet business needs.Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for HR data initiatives.People Team at Nutanix

The ServiceNow Solution Consultant will be a part of the People technology team at Nutanix. This team is responsible for delivering technology program/project initiatives that align with the overall HR vision and strategy. Your Role

Provide expert guidance and support to clients in optimizing their business processes using the ServiceNow HRSD platform.Support ServiceNow HRSD modules include Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Service portal, integrations, reporting, etc.Work closely with the ServiceNow Architect, to identify ways to reduce implementation effortsBuilding trusting relationships with project stakeholders and guiding them to adoption of the best solution.Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions.Manage enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system maintenance, testing, etc.Remain current with industry trends to advise, advocate, and implement solutionsWhat You Will Bring

Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support5+ years of varied experience in the HR domainExcellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, reportingProven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks.Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively at multiple demands.Excellent detailed and time management skillsExcellent communication skills.Strong stakeholder relationship building skillsStrong project management skills.Desired Skills:
