  • Sourcing & Procurement: Identify reliable suppliers, source and procure goods, materials, and services needed by the company.
  • Vendor Management: Research and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate contract terms, and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with suppliers.
  • Cost & Quality Control: Ensure the company receives the best value for its purchases by analyzing costs, maintaining quality standards, and aligning purchases with the budget.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track market trends, and assess when to place new orders to maintain adequate inventory without excess.
  • Order Processing: Create and issue purchase orders, track order status, and handle discrepancies such as under-shipments, over-shipments, or damaged goods.
  • Record-Keeping & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices, and prepare reports on costs and orders for management.
  • Compliance: Ensure purchasing processes adhere to relevant company policies and government regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹21,000.00 per month
