Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Administration & Purchase located in Gurugram. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, managing the purchase of office supplies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective procurement. Responsibilities also include coordinating with various departments to understand their needs, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills and experience in procurement management
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage records efficiently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in the office supply industry is a plus
