1. JOB PURPOSE Deliver the assigned Financial Targets Delinquency / RoR / GCL / NCL Manage daily/weekly/monthly collection operations with optimum productivity and performance. Maintain cost of collections/cost per account within the given budget Building/Reviewing and execution of collection strategy for the assigned portfolio. Review with RCM on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Capacity Planning Internal as well as external Monitor the high POS accounts at the location level and also review Trail upload and Trail Gap Create, build, train, and manage the front-line collections team, spread across pan-India locations. Build class-leading collections capability FTEs / Vendors / Processes / Technology / Tracing Tools / Legal, etc. Ensure strict adherence to processes and control measures. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Successful completion of internal/external audits. Ensure Customer centricity ensure adherence to COC, conduct RCA of collection-related complaints, and work continuously to minimize them.
