About the Role

We are looking for a Promo Producer who is passionate about advertising and sees writing as their strongest craft. This role is perfect for professionals trained in broadcast/promos who now want to channel their storytelling, production, and strategy skills into advertising and brand campaigns.

As a Promo Producer at ADbhoot, you will conceive, write, and produce engaging content across platforms from TVCs and digital films to branded content and social campaigns. You'll oversee projects from scripting and shoots to post-production, ensuring every piece of content is creatively sharp, strategically aligned, and executed to perfection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write compelling scripts and copy tailored for different formats of advertising (mainline, digital, and branded content).
  • Translate client briefs into strong creative ideas, concepts, and promotional content.
  • Manage the production process end-to-end: conceptualization → scripting → shooting → editing → delivery.
  • Collaborate with directors, creative teams, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate shoots, post-production workflows, and final approvals, keeping timelines and budgets in check.
  • Create content that works across platforms—TV, digital, and social while maintaining brand persona.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to support ideation, scripting, and production efficiency.
  • Promote completed productions through advertising campaigns, festivals, and social channels where relevant.

  • Proficiency in AI tools is a must (for ideation, writing, or production workflows).
