As an Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for ideating, designing, and executing engagement frameworks, while keeping in mind the business priorities and maneuvering through the complexities of the various types of businesses being supported. Workyou’ll do

As an Engagement Specialist, you will interact with leaders, business advisors, and professionals directly to discuss issues and guide them, as required. You are expected to work independently, collaborate, and partner with business advisors and business leaders for talent-related outcomes.

The scope includes but is not limited to developing/executing employee engagement, employee advocacy, retention management,people engagement survey, performance management, change management, and other key programs to support business vision and their needs.

Lead delivery of process re-engineering agenda across the businessDesign Processing Journeys that are centered around customer centricity, with solutions focusing on customer CTQsDesigning and implementing global or regional initiatives, working with stakeholder to identify opportunities, designing proposed changes, implementing and embedding the change, realizing expected saves / customer impacts upon closurePlan, design and implement a program of transformation across global teams, resulting in improved client experience, reduced cost to the Operation and increased efficiency within operational processes.Manage solution design (IT and Non-IT) and drive prioritization with wider program stakeholdersEstablish standards for measuring performance against process requirements utilizing formal process engineering tools and methodsEnsure development of metrics that provide data for future improvement opportunitiesUnderstand policies, procedures, and compliance requirements and work with relevant Risk Stewards to determine risk-based solutionsBenchmarking competitors - Conducts analyses on business segments, competitive landscape and industry environment to determine process recommendations and impact
