Experience: You'll need 5 to 10 years of intensive, hands-on B2B sales experience. Experience in consulting, auditing, certification or training industry will be highly preferred.
Education: A degree in engineering is preferred, but a bachelor's or master's degree in science/commerce is also acceptable.
Communication Skills: You should have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, as you'll be interacting with clients and our team members. Being professional and presentable is key.
Sales Knowledge:
- You must have a solid foundation in B2B sales processes, enquiry handling, quotation/proposal preparation, pitch deck preparation and presentation, structured follow up, vendor registration, order handling etc.
- The key performance indicator of this role is conversion (enquiry to order).
- Ready to work in a target based environment.
- Open to learn Consultivo Group (Consultivo and Slate of Swan) solutions/services for sales pitch.
- Use of any CRM (will be an added advantage)
Computer Knowledge: High level of digital familiarity is highly required. This includes high proficiency in word, excel & powerpoint (Google workspace is preferred), Virtual platform (like teams, google meet) presentation, use of CRM, ERP etc.
Location: Candidates based in Kolkata (office based), Work from Home in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai. National Capital Region (NCR) is the last preference (already we have one sales person there).
Travel: This role may require light travel, so you should be able to travel 3 to 5 days per month.
Salary: The budget for this position is 5 - 8 lakhs CTC, but we are open to negotiation for the right candidate.

Special Notes:People with the following specialised experience will be highly appreciable. (in this case, the sales person comes with existing market knowledge, product knowledge and contacts)
