Job Title: Stores & Admin Manager

Job Responsibilities :

  • Overall stores / warehouse management and inventory management
  • Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances in the inventory system.
  • Handling deliveries and logistics
  • Conduct regular stock verification and ensure timely reconciliation.
  • Prepare and submit periodic inventory and stock reports to management.
  • Responsible for complete asset management of the unit, including equipment, machinery, infrastructure, housekeeping & facility management
  • Ensure proper maintenance, utilization, and record-keeping of assets.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee all administrative functions to ensure smooth operations of the unit.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure coordination among departments.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and compliances labour laws, safety norms, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities for necessary licenses, approvals, and compliance reports.
  • Manage workforce planning, including contractual labour and third-party service providers.
  • Handle labour contractor agreements, attendance, payroll coordination
  • Handle documentation, approvals, and ensure compliance with local laws and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in stores, administration, compliances, HR, and project management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance, labour laws, and government regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
