1) Receiving Material requisition from all branches across India taking approval from Managers/ HOD, follow up with accounts for clearance of AMC of the same.

2) Maintaining of outward material entry on daily basis and filing the same.

3) Issuing indent for materials to purchase dept, follow up with purchase dept for pending materials by maintaining and preparing list of received and of pending materials and providing the same to HOD and purchase dept.

4) Checking inward material form Vendor

5) Coordination with warehouse, electrical store, Delco, and different departments for material and its dispatch coordination.

6) Preparation of outward challans of installation dept an providing them material as per its indent requisition form.

7) Forwarding of test report of materials to branches coordinating with technical departement & filing the same in our record.

8) Handling and maintaining the store, arrangements of materials, maintaining entries of inward and outward of material and excel file

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
