Roles & Responsibilities: -

  • Should have knowledge & Experience on Policy Maker ,IR,Labour Laws,PF,ESIC ,Compliance, ISO, audits
  • Involved in processing the company payroll every pay period.
  • Resolve staff queries related to wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
  • Open new PF account and legal compliances (TDS, PF, ESIC, etc).
  • assign employee code to new joinee and taking induction.
  • Liaise with the bank executive for opening new joinee account.
  • Update and maintain records of leave and attendance. Manage
  • day-to-day administrative aspects of the office.
  • Coordinate activities related to setting up new office & office shifting in new location.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
