Store Head

Role Purpose

Responsible for overseeing the Precast factory's inventory and shipping operations. Directs warehouse activities and manages the dispatch of finished precast products, ensuring timely delivery and accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage warehouse/store operations including receiving, storage, and material issuing.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records; conduct cycle counts and stock audits.
  • Coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Oversee dispatch of precast elements; ensure timely, compliant shipments.
  • Verify documentation accuracy and coordinate with logistics providers.
  • Supervise store and dispatch staff, ensuring task efficiency and safety.
  • Improve inventory and dispatch procedures to enhance accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience

B.E./B.Tech, Minimum 10 years in inventory/logistics management in plant/factory.

Core Competencies & Skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong numerical and coordination skills.
  • Warehouse and team management.
