Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Varanasi for a Territory Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales in a specific territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and providing exceptional service to clients. Key tasks include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, developing strategic plans, collaborating with the sales team, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in market research, identifying business opportunities, and strategic planning
- Strong sales management skills and ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining client and partner relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
