Role Overview: -

We are looking for an experienced
Assistant Manager – Sales

to promote and expand our
Conventional Welding Electrodes

business in Renukoot. The role demands strong technical knowledge, customer relationship building, and proven sales achievements in industrial markets.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Achieve sales targets for conventional electrodes in the assigned territory.
  • Build and manage relationships with
    customers, fabricators, distributors, and channel partners

.
- Identify new business opportunities across
steel, wire,fabrication

, and engineering industries.
- Provide
technical support

and
product demonstrations to customers

.
- Monitor competitor activities,
market trends

, and ensure timely collections.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order execution and report sales/MIS to management.

Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience

in
B2B sales of welding consumables or related technical products

.
- Strong communication,
negotiation skills

, and ability to travel extensively.
