Role Overview: Our firm is growing and we’re in need of a motivated and adaptable individual to support our senior management team as Chief of Staff. As a strategist, consultant and implementer, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organisation based on the priorities of the Founder. The Chief of Staff will handle day-to-day management of personnel to allow the founder to focus on growing our business. The right candidate for the job will contribute to the long-term success of the company.


Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: The Chief of Staff is responsible for developing the company's long-term strategy. This involves defining the company's mission, vision, and values, as well as identifying the market opportunity and developing a plan to capitalise on it.


Resource Management: The Chief of Staff is responsible for managing the company's resources, including finances, human capital, and technology. This involves developing budgets, hiring employees, and managing the company's technology infrastructure.


Performance Management: The Chief of Staff is responsible for monitoring the company's performance against its strategic objectives. This involves developing KPIs, tracking progress against those KPIs, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that the company is on track to meet its goals.


Investor Relations: The Chief of Staff may spend time communicating with investors to keep them updated on the company's progress and ensure that they are aligned with the company's goals.


Networking: The Chief of Staffmay attend networking events to build relationships with potential partners, investors, or customers.


Decision-Making : The Chief of Staff will make key decisions that impact the direction of the company, such as product development, marketing strategy, or hiring decisions.


Qualifications:

-Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field 5+ years’ level experience.

- Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management

- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

- Effective, versatile and action-oriented

- Excellent communication skills
