We are in growth mode and looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Manager who will own client acquisition, build strong business partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and online platforms.
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct workspace tours, present services, and support in closing deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, HR teams, and business communities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Support Think Tank's participation in events, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and provide ongoing support for client satisfaction.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
- Exposure to co-working, real estate, hospitality, or B2B services is an added advantage.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹30,000.00 per month
