The Workday Associate Product Analyst will be responsible for HRIS (Workday) support in all facets, with a primary focus on supporting the People team with technical support on all Workday functions.Responsibilities:Monitor ServiceNow queue, triage requests, and daily transaction processingTier 1 & Tier 2 support for all Workday ticketsPartner with People Operations on conducting data and process auditsProvide Workday support to Okta employees and respond to requestsAssist with testing of Workday projects including: development of testing scripts, execution of test scenarios, and support testers when necessary.Create, run, and distribute reports from WorkdayPartner with People Operations in documenting and maintaining HRIS processes and reference guidesAbility to troubleshoot issues and propose solutionsCollaborate with cross functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, Payroll, and business managersAssist in the processing of transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, and new hiresParticipate in requirements gathering and documentation. Develop use case definitions for techno-functional initiatives under the supervision of a senior member.Perform the following on an engagement in partnership with your manager/team: understand business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of testing systems, assist the business in testing the Workday solutionManage Workday upgrades and implement new and revised functionality within Workday.Skills & Education:Attention to detail and process orientedPrior experience in a Human Resources discipline and/or with an HRIS applicationDesire to pursue a systems-based careerWorkday systems experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and/or GSuite applicationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong multi-tasking skills and the ability to drive issues to completionAbility to operate in a fast-paced, continuously changing environmentAbility to work with confidential information & must consistently exercise good judgmentAbility and desire to learn about and expand your expertise to encompass new areas of WorkdayProblem solving and solutioning mindsetBachelor's degree or equivalent experience#LI-SS5
