- Monitors compliance with HR systems and programs as prescribed by Lowe’s business needs and internal partners

- Creates, develops and delivers training to users via HCMS system, online technical documentation, and job aids

- Drives the adoption of the HR product supported by researching innovative technical trends and developments-- Observes system performance and make changes and recommendations to ensure optimal performance

- Researches, designs and schedules standardized reports, or creates ad hoc reports or data queries utilizing appropriate tools and systems

- Required Qualifications- Associate degree in Instructional Design, Industrial Organizational Development, Organization Development, or Human Resources

- • 5-7 years’ experience supporting a Human Capital Management Systems such as Workday, etc.- • 5 years’ experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio), and Adobe Acrobat

- • Experience with System implementations, upgrade, re-implementations, etc.

- • Excellent time management/organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

- • Attention to detail ensuring data integrity and ability to manage multiple projects at once

- Preferred Qualifications:-- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field
