**Position Description**:

- Job Description:
- Mandatory certification: - Workday certified (Any one of the modules - Benefits, Prism or Compensation, HCM)
- Work Experience: - 6 to 8 years (4 to 5 years as Workday techno-functional consultant)
- Must have end to end workday implementation experience
- Must have hands-on experience on Workday Studio integration, xslt, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, BIRT report, Advance/Matrix reports etc.
- Must have experience on Workday functional modules e.g., Benefit, Prism and Compensation
- Good to have experience on Workday Prism, Workday HCM suite e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and WD security
- Must have knowledge in Compensation like Setting up advanced compensation plans like Merit, Bonus and Stock, Compensation Participation rules, grades, and profiles, running year-end merit cycles and in Benefit domain for creating Benefit plans, enrollment event rules, passive events etc.
- Good to have knowledge on Prism Implementation and Support.
- Good to have knowledge on BIRT.
- Configuration specific to Enrollment event rule creation, Passive event, creating new benefit plans, Maintain Health coverage Rates, Handling Open enrollment events.
- Configuring CCB and studio integrations for vendor like SunLife, Horizon, Asure etc.

**Responsibilities**:
- Knowledge of HR processes like HR planning, recruitment, on
- and offboarding, employee data administration, benefits management, performance management, learning.
- Prior experience on working on Agile methodologies, preferably certified in any framework
- Affinity with leading HR platforms like Workday, ServiceNow (HR Service Delivery) and learning platforms like Degreed and Cornerstone OnDemand is recommended.
- Familiar with privacy legislation around employee data.
- Implementing new functionalities like Workday Skills cloud part of Talent and performance.
- Involved in Tenant management activity and Case management.
- Should be able to specialize and extending their skill set within one or more functional areas.
- Should be able to troubleshoot the issues related to Integrations, Report and Calculated fields
