Hiring Workday HCM Consultants for Bangalore / Pune / Gurgaon locations

Roles & Responsibilities: HCM Functional ConsultantResponsible for client deliverables (functional/technical) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirementsConduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologiesResponsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and administer PAAS Environment Strategy, Tenant build, Deploy, Bug fix support & report creation.Provide domain expertise regarding key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areasGrow as an HCM Product lead and support in practice development

Must-Have CertificationsWorkday HCM Core plus at least one other certification

Experience & BackgroundBE/ B.Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA from an accredited college/university.Candidate should have 7-9 years of experience in ITProfessional Experience of at least 3 years in implementing or supporting Workday, including Workday methodologyHas completed at least 2 end to end Workday implementation as a Core HCM/ Specialization Module consultant

Required Skills/Experience:Data Conversion Experience, exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Migration Recipe and Advance Loader.Must have Reporting experienceUnderstands and ensure security and data privacy standardsStrong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality levelExperience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM for global rolloutsHighly self-motivated and detail oriented with Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:Experience/Certification on EM / PM, Compensation, Benefits is an added advantageGood to have exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation.Possess knowledge of localization and legal requirements in NA and UK.Candidate should have an experience in leading the design sessions or workshops to bring in the best practices and suggesting work arounds for non-compliance requirements
