About the role:

As a Residential Sales Professional you will play a pivotal role in representing our luxury real estate offerings to HNI / Ultra HNI Clients. If you have a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing

- Proactively identify and reach out to potential HNI / Ultra HNI clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts.- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI / Ultra HNI clients and channel partners, including investors, high-profile individuals, and business leaders.- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve residential sales targets.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential buyers.- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotions.- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.- Provide regular market analysis and reports to the senior management team.- Track and analyze sales data, including conversion rates and revenue.

What You Bring To The Table

- Extensive experience in the sale of luxury projects, new project launches, development of broker network and HNI deals.- Proven 4- 10 years’ experience in ultra-luxury residential real estate sales, specifically working with HNI clients.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.- High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
