Job Description – HR Executive / HR Manager

Location: Rajajinar, Bengaluru

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment across departments and drive corporate partnerships to place our trained students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and hire candidates for Sales, Operations, and Technical Trainer roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

2. Student Placement & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with IT companies, startups, and consultancies for placement opportunities.
  • Develop and manage corporate partnerships for student hiring.
  • Facilitate student interviews, onboarding, and feedback collection.

3. HR Operations & Employee Engagement

  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, payroll inputs, and attendance.
  • Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive culture.

4. Strategic Contribution

  • Support leadership in scaling the workforce to meet business growth.
  • Bring innovative ideas for recruitment, branding, and partnerships.
  • Assist in building GroTechMinds as a preferred hiring partner for IT companies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience with proven recruitment skills.
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in EdTech / IT recruitment / training & placement is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
