Role Overview:
We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer with expertise in Meta and Google Ads to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role blends paid media strategy with creative execution, requiring collaboration with designers, agencies, and influencers to produce high-converting ad creatives. You'll be responsible for campaign planning, audience targeting, budget optimization, and performance analysis, ensuring every ad dollar delivers maximum impact. Key Responsibilities:
Paid Ads Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
Performance Optimization – Continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other key metrics.
Audience & Keyword Targeting – Utilize Lookalike, Custom, and Interest-based targeting on Meta, along with high-intent keyword research for Google Ads.
A/B Testing & Experimentation – Test different ad creatives, copies, placements, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
Landing Page & Funnel Optimization – Work with the web and design team to ensure smooth UX and high conversion rates.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
Work closely with the Graphic Design Team & Agencies to develop high-performing ad creatives (static, carousel, video, GIFs, UGC, etc.) that align with brand identity and drive conversions.
Collaborate with Influencers & Content Creators to source engaging UGC-style creatives that resonate with the audience.
Test and analyze different creative formats, messaging, and hooks to improve engagement and performance.
Provide data-backed insights to designers and agencies for better ad iterations and storytelling.
Analytics, Reporting & Scaling
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Manager, and third-party tools.
Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
Manage and allocate budgets effectively, scaling winning campaigns while ensuring profitability.
What We're Looking For:
3-7 years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads for D2C/e-commerce brands.
Proven track record of scaling campaigns while optimizing CAC & ROAS.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, etc.).
Expertise in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
Experience in Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Ability to interpret data and transform it into a strong creative strategy.
Strong collaboration skills to work with designers, agencies, and influencers.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
