Position Overview We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. You will be tasked with driving measurable growth, maximizing ROAS, and ensuring our marketing efforts deliver outstanding results. As part of the marketing team, you will work to create, execute, and refine ad strategies that align with our business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Manage a minimum monthly budget of ₹20 lakh. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize ad spend and campaign efficiency. Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS. Generate comprehensive performance reports and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Stay informed on the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in performance marketing. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies and business goals. Utilize advanced analytics tools to measure, track, and report on campaign performance and ROI. Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixel setup, and audience segmentation. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on maximizing ROAS. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in advertising platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and bid management tools. Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques. Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, PPC strategies, and conversion rate optimization. A creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
