Job Description: We are looking for a talented Performance Marketer / Digital Marketer
About the Role:
Driving targeted traffic, lead generation, and conversions through paid digital channels—optimizing campaigns for the best ROI. We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer with 2-3 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms for B2B/ B2C brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation & Management: Develop, launch, and manage paid acquisition campaigns on platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to drive revenue and customer acquisition.

Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, ROI, cost per acquisition (CPA), and overall campaign effectiveness.

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) to monitor, track, and report on campaign performance. Identify insights to inform decision-making and drive optimization efforts across all channels.

Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, uncover underlying causes, and propose actionable solutions.

Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Develop clear, concise, and actionable performance reports and dashboards, providing stakeholders with easy-to-understand visuals that demonstrate marketing effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop and test new strategies, creative formats, and innovative ad solutions to improve campaign performance.

KPI Management: Understand and manage essential KPIs, ensuring that campaigns meet and exceed targets across all acquisition channels. Set benchmarks, optimize for efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses, optimize campaigns, and scale successful tactics.

Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing across WhatsApp, social platforms, and paid search.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record in performance marketing or digital advertising, with hands-on experience managing campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and WhatsApp Marketing.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze large data sets and extract actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

Tools & Platforms: Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data and ideas clearly and compellingly.

Creative Collaboration: Comfortable working alongside creative teams to generate new ideas and test innovative approaches to campaign creative and messaging.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Marketing Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation tools for campaign execution and reporting.

PPC & SEM: Strong understanding of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and search engine optimization (SEO) principles.

Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively about engaging audiences and improving performance through strategic marketing initiatives.
