Job Summary: Axonator is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and closing your own leads through cold outreach campaigns across various channels, including cold calls, emails, , and WhatsApp. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base for our cutting-edge technology solution. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads through targeted cold outreach campaigns across multiple channels, including cold calls, emails, , and WhatsApp - Conduct extensive research to identify potential customers and decision-makers within target accounts - Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies (preferred but not mandatory) - Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team - Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads - Continuously update and maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - Participate in sales team meetings and provide regular updates on pipeline and campaign performance - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and Axonator's product offerings Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales, or related role - Proven experience in cold calling and generating leads through cold outreach campaigns - Experience in selling IT services, products, or SaaS solutions (SaaS experience is a plus) - Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal - Ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with potential customers - Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
