Position Overview: Thinkhumble is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative with experience in a similar role and industry. The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up initial meetings for our sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Research and understand prospects' business needs and pain points to effectively communicate how Thinkhumble’s solutions can address them.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly qualified lead targets.


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably within the education, technology, or AI industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, via email & in-person visists.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
