Role & Responsibilities

Position: Showroom Marketing Executive

Brand: Patola by Nirmal Salvi
Product: Patan Patola Sarees

  • Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a warm and personalized customer experience.
  • Guide the sales team in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate Patan Patola sarees.
  • Supervise product presentations, highlighting craftsmanship, heritage, and exclusivity.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies to optimize revenue.

Product Expertise & Training

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Patan Patola weaving, techniques, motifs, and cultural significance.
  • Train and mentor staff to effectively communicate the brand story and product value to clients.

Sales Operations & Documentation

  • Monitor and manage all billing procedures through POS systems.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of invoices, sales records, and daily transaction reports.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain a premium client database.
  • Lead client follow-ups, ensuring high customer satisfaction, repeat sales, and referrals.
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Inventory Control

  • Supervise inventory management, including stock checks and reordering of fast-moving items.
  • Coordinate with production or procurement teams for timely stock replenishment.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Motivate and manage the showroom team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Coordinate participation in exhibitions, events, and special client appointments.

Cultural & Brand Representation

  • Uphold and represent the legacy of the Salvi family and the heritage of Patan Patola sarees.
  • Communicate the traditional and artistic value of each saree to both domestic and international clients.
