We help early education organizations streamline operations, improve financial performance, and enhance child development tracking through powerful, flexible software.We are hiring Customer Success Managers to join our team remotely from India.This hands-on role involves both strategic onboarding and technical customer support. You will work closely with new and existing clients to ensure their success — from implementation and training to ongoing support and optimization. You’ll need to be ready on day one with a solid understanding of B2 B Saa S processes, workflows, and customer success best practices.⏰ This is a full-time remote role requiring work during U. S. business hours (typically 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST).Let’s transform childcare together.What You’ll Do Onboarding New Customers (Implementation)Business Consulting : Hold meeting/s to discover and document each client’s business needsSolution Engineering : Discuss potential solutions internally and get customers’ approvals. Configure the approved solution in the software and validate with test casesTraining : Deliver training to stakeholders (owners, directors, admins)Go Live Help : Serve as a trusted consultant during rollout️ Ongoing SupportProvide Tier 2/3 support on business issues (e.g., finance, administration, reporting, child development outcomes, BI/AI tools)Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with the dev team when neededStrengthen relationships with customers by understanding their evolving goalsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in Customer Success, Client Onboarding, or
