Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents on courses, career opportunities, and admission processes.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person, ensuring professional and empathetic guidance.
  • Assess students academic background, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
  • Provide detailed information on course structure, duration, fees, scholarships, and application processes.
  • Manage and update student records, inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM tools or Google Drive.
  • Assist students with applications, documentation, and admissions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with leads to maximize conversions and meet admission targets.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with students and parents.
  • Keep updated with university/course offerings, policies, and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of CRM software or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for managing records.

Desired profile of the candidate : We are working on Zoho plateform so need to switch on camera during working hours Timing are 9 AM to 6 PM but is need ed help work fro more also and also on sunday
