**Experience**:
Min 1-5 years' experience in Salon/Spa/Skin clinic/Beauty Academies as admission counselor will be given preference.

Must have Experience in the Beauty & Wellness industry, cosmetology school/ educational academies.

**Qualifications**:
Graduate/ Postgraduate | Tech savvy | Functional knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word, Excel and Ppt. Must have excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the cosmetology programs to effectively guide students.

**Sales/Marketing**:

- Complete coordination of center operations
- Create and execute business plan.
- Meet sales/ profitability targets.
- Drive Marketing campaigns.
- Take measures to generate enquiries.
- Ensure support for conversion of enquiries.

**Responsibilities**:
The Admission Counselor will be responsible for converting walk-ins into enrolled students by handling objections and pitching the right courses. They will also be responsible for maintaining stock, collecting monthly installments, and conducting outreach programs to attract potential students. Managing the daily operations of the academy, including coordinating with staff and instructors. Ensuring that the academy runs efficiently and effectively.
- The Manager is responsible for **sales**, including generating **leads** and **converting** them into **enrollments.**:

- They also handle **counseling** sessions with prospective students, **providing information** about courses and guiding them in making informed decisions.
- Managing the daily operations of the academy, including coordinating with staff and instructors.
- Ensuring that the academy runs efficiently and effectively.
