We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Sales Officer to join our AI team. Experience
12-15 years of progressive experience in revenue management, business development, or sales within the technology industry in which at least 2-3 years of selling AI/ML products/solutions.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
Thorough understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer behavior in the technology sector.
Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies for technology products and services.
Scale our product offerings with an emphasis on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and speed of execution
Set KPIs and performance metrics to achieve revenue targets
Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability and market competitiveness
Lead and mentor the sales and business development teams to drive performance and exceed goals.
Implement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
Monitor contract negotiations, revenue recognition, and compliance
Identify new market opportunities and create innovative strategies to capitalize on them.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align revenue generation efforts with brand positioning and promotional activities.
Establish strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and secure long-term partnerships.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
Develop pricing strategies and sales initiatives to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on revenue performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market developments to drive continuous improvement in revenue generation strategies.
Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Certification Required
Professional certification in Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Management is desirable.
