Experience

  • 12-15 years of progressive experience in revenue management, business development, or sales within the technology industry in which at least 2-3 years of selling AI/ML products/solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Thorough understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer behavior in the technology sector.
  • Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies for technology products and services.
  • Scale our product offerings with an emphasis on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and speed of execution
  • Set KPIs and performance metrics to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability and market competitiveness
  • Lead and mentor the sales and business development teams to drive performance and exceed goals.
  • Implement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Monitor contract negotiations, revenue recognition, and compliance
  • Identify new market opportunities and create innovative strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align revenue generation efforts with brand positioning and promotional activities.
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
  • Develop pricing strategies and sales initiatives to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on revenue performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market developments to drive continuous improvement in revenue generation strategies.


Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Master's degree preferred.


Certification Required

Professional certification in Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Management is desirable.
