About the RoleA Product Marketer will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies to drive the adoption and success of the company's software products. This role involves a deep understanding of the product, target audience, and market trends, along with the ability to create compelling messaging and campaigns that resonate with potential customers.As a product marketer, you will act as a critical connection point between product, sales, marketing, customer and business development teams. In this role, you will influence go-to-market strategy, including helping to identify market opportunities, influence product strategy, lead pipeline development, and support revenue generation.

Job Responsibilities:Product Messaging and marketing through education around Application Integration and data engineeringShould be comfortable being in front of a camera for Webinar, Video etc to educate our customers on our productPerforming market, customer and competitive research to segment the market and produce buyer insights, identifying what opportunities, challenges and dynamics exist for the organization and its productsAnalyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to inform marketing strategies.Develop clear and differentiated product positioning that highlights the unique value of the software products.Guiding, creating and delivering differentiated messaging and buyer personas to impact the development of compelling content to communicate value and convert leadsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature updates and generation demand.Define target customer segments, value proposition, pricing strategy, and distribution channels.Create a wide range of marketing collateral, including product brochures, data sheets, whitepapers, blog posts, and videos.Develop sales tools, presentations, and training materials to empower the sales team with product knowledge and value propositions.Enabling sales, indirect channels and strategic partnersCollaborate with the demand generation team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive customer engagement.Gather customer feedback and insights through surveys, interviews, and data analysis.Translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations for product improvements and marketing strategies.Use data and analytics to track campaign performance, ROI, and other relevant metrics.Supporting account-based marketing (ABM) initiativesFostering growth through customer advocacy

Skills and Qualifications:MBA in specialization in Strategy or Marketing or Technology, or bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineeringPrefer prior experience in Technology consultingAbility to provide examples of go-to-market strategies and programs for prior roles in enterprise technology or service providers, with the corresponding impact to revenue contributionMust be able to determine when to probe for additional information and when to push forwardExceptional written and verbal communication skills.Has, ideally, a good eye for evaluating creative design options that will resonate with target buyersOpen to experimenting with new approaches, testing hypothesis and establishing KPIs that can help determine effectivenessAble to balance innovation against known and effective approachesNatural inclination to measurementAbility to identify signals and measures that can be incorporated into KPIsAbility to analyze and interpret disparate datasets to derive insightsIntuition to challenge conclusions based solely on data patternsWillingness to change direction based on results illustrated through analyticsFortitude to acknowledge mistakes unearthed through measures, and ability to pivot rapidly to adjustProficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.Ability to drive development and consensus on technology investment goalsAbility to guide the selection, purchase, implementation and support of marketing technologiesAbility to develop and deliver business cases for technology purchasesProject planning and managementBuild relationships with functions outside of product marketing, including corporate communications, demand generation, product management, engineering, sales, customer success, services and ITMust have Budgeting experienceMentoring and resource development skills to recruit and professionally develop team membersExperience in selecting and managing external resourcesAbility to manage upward in the organization to influence executives, as well as to manage downwardConsensus builder and decisive decision makerPersuasive influencer, with the ability to build enthusiasm for new plans
