As we expand our presence in Delhi and Gurugram, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead our efforts in acquiring key venue partners in this vibrant market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Acquisition : Identify and target high-potential clubs, pubs, and nightlife venues in Delhi & Gurugram. Build a pipeline of leads through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Client Engagement : Leverage your existing network to secure 3-4 key venue partnerships quickly. Use consultative sales techniques to pitch ZillOut’s solutions and close deals.
  • Sales Strategy Execution : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand ZillOut’s footprint in the Delhi NCR region, meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Account Management : Manage relationships with acquired venues to ensure smooth onboarding, successful integration of ZillOut’s platform, and ongoing support.
  • Market Insights : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting & Analysis : Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular updates to the leadership team.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience : 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in nightlife, hospitality, or event tech industries.
  • Network : Strong connections with venue owners and managers in Delhi & Gurugram’s nightlife scene.
  • Skills : Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships.
  • Communication : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-Starter : High energy, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Location : Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi/Gurugram.

  • The offered compensation for this role is ₹7,20,000 per annum , excluding performance-based incentives . Additional earnings can be achieved through bonuses tied to meeting sales targets.
