As we expand our presence in Delhi and Gurugram, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead our efforts in acquiring key venue partners in this vibrant market. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Acquisition : Identify and target high-potential clubs, pubs, and nightlife venues in Delhi & Gurugram. Build a pipeline of leads through research, networking, and relationship-building. Client Engagement : Leverage your existing network to secure 3-4 key venue partnerships quickly. Use consultative sales techniques to pitch Zill Out’s solutions and close deals. Sales Strategy Execution : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Zill Out’s footprint in the Delhi NCR region, meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Account Management : Manage relationships with acquired venues to ensure smooth onboarding, successful integration of Zill Out’s platform, and ongoing support. Market Insights : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Reporting & Analysis : Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular updates to the leadership team. What We’re Looking For: Experience : 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in nightlife, hospitality, or event tech industries. Network : Strong connections with venue owners and managers in Delhi & Gurugram’s nightlife scene. Skills : Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships. Communication : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-Starter : High energy, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Location : Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi/Gurugram. Perks & Benefits: The offered compensation for this role is ₹7,20,000 per annum , excluding performance-based incentives .
