Our Smart Table Management maximizes seating efficiency based on customer profiles and venue capacity, while the Digital Cover Tokens system seamlessly simplifies all types of cover and entry transactions, enhanced further with a digital menu that drives upselling and elevates the guest experience.
We also provide a New-Age Booking Platform connecting venues to the Nightlife Audience With a database of 1.5 million users.
With multiple touchpoints, we gather rich insights to become a “Self-Learning OS for Nightlife & Events "
By utilizing data-driven insights, we help venues make informed decisions on pricing, customer targeting, and event planning—ultimately ensuring seamless operations and maximizing profitability.

As we expand our presence in Delhi and Gurugram, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead our efforts in acquiring key venue partners in this vibrant market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identify and target high-potential clubs, pubs, and nightlife venues in Delhi & Gurugram. Build a pipeline of leads through research, networking, and relationship-building.
- Client Engagement: Leverage your existing network to secure 3-4 key venue partnerships quickly. Use consultative sales techniques to pitch ZillOut’s solutions and close deals.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand ZillOut’s footprint in the Delhi NCR region, meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Account Management: Manage relationships with acquired venues to ensure smooth onboarding, successful integration of ZillOut’s platform, and ongoing support.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in nightlife, hospitality, or event tech industries.
- Network: Strong connections with venue owners and managers in Delhi & Gurugram’s nightlife scene.
- Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-Starter: High energy, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi/Gurugram.
Perks & Benefits:
- The offered compensation for this role is ₹9,60,000. per annum, excluding performance-based incentives. Additional earnings can be achieved through bonuses tied to meeting sales targets.
