About the Founder

Priya Prakash is a healthcare entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of HealthSetGo. Priya is the Founding Curator of the Gurgaon Hub of the World Economic Forum, Advisory Council Member, Orygen Global, and a Member of the Future Generations Commission on Health and Climate Change . Additionally, she’s a State Level Olympic Weightlifting Champion, avid health blogger and has been featured in various national and international publications for her work. Priya holds a degree in Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College, and an education in Social Entrepreneurship from INSEAD.

Job description


Mission of the Position


As a Client Relationship Manager (Key Account Manager) you will be responsible to liaison with private and public school stakeholders pan India to provide training and orientation for deployment of the HealthSetGo Education's School Health Programs. Creating awareness and impact on-ground in various locations across the country and monitoring and evaluating behavior change in health outcomes as a result of the program deployment. The role would be office based and would largely involve training through telephonic/ web medium wherein the performance of the program would be the deliverable expected from the role.


Primary Activities


  • Orientation of new schools onto the HealthSetGo platform post sales.
  • Coordination for administrative documents with the school.
  • Virtual (Telephonic/web) training for school coordinators and teachers.
  • Orientation of the program to the highest stakeholders in the school such as principals and directors.
  • Promotion of new services of the organization to existing clients.
  • Liaising with schools to drive and motivate school stakeholders to deploy the health education activities within schools.
  • Responsible for operational efficiency & service delivery.
  • Take up client relationship management responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines.
  • Ensure monthly engagement with each stakeholder.
  • Escalate related risks and concerns when necessary.
  • Should have strong client orientation and willingness to maintain a balanced approach when resolving client complaints.
  • Monitor and Evaluate activities on a monthly basis.
  • Suggest reward and recognition opportunities for the community of schools.
  • Create daily, weekly and monthly report on the performance of the program in assigned schools.


Must Have – Minimum Requirements


  • Must be a graduate or equivalent with an MBA or Management degree preferred with 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Should have at least experience of 1 Year in client or relationship management.
  • Experience of working in similar profile with healthcare program/ School Operations/ Client management in a prior role would be preferred.
  • He/she should be able to deal with ambiguity and navigate through challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication in English is a must. Knowledge of other regional languages is a bonus.
  • Should have sound knowledge of basic computer skills Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
