*Job Opening:* Customer Relationship Manager - Collection *Location* : Kandivali HO & Mira Road ( On site ) *Industry* : Real Estate *Experience* : Min- 3- 5 Years *Job Type* : Full-Time *Salary:* Upto 50k To 70K (also depends on your interview and last drawn salary) Key Responsibilities: Payment Follow-up & Recovery Monitor client payment schedules and follow up on outstanding dues. Regularly call, email, and meet clients to ensure timely collection. Maintain a list of overdue accounts and escalate unresolved issues when necessary. Customer Interaction Educate clients about their payment obligations, due dates, and applicable late fees. Address customer concerns regarding billing and clarify any discrepancies in invoices. Build a rapport with clients to ensure a professional and respectful collections process. Documentation & Record-Keeping Maintain accurate records of client communications, commitments, and payment receipts. Update internal collection reports, aging summaries, and reconciliation statements. Coordinate with the sales, legal, and CRM teams to ensure aligned communication. Coordination with Internal Teams Work with the legal department for cases requiring further action. Liaise with the accounts team to reconcile ledgers and update financial records. Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines in all collection activities. Generate periodic collection reports for management review and analysis. Highlight payment risks or unusual delays in a timely manner.
