Identify and onboard strategic partners across private banks, wealth firms, NDs, and IFAs.• Drive AIF and Alternate sales through alliance channels to meet AUM targets.• Maintain strong senior-level relationships with key distribution partners.• Conduct product presentations, training, and joint calls with partners.• Develop account-wise business plans and monitor performance metrics.• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless partner engagement and execution.• Track market trends, competition, and regulatory developments in alternates.• Ensure regular reporting and MIS updates for internal stakeholders.Key Skills & Competencies:• Strong understanding of AIF/PMS products, structures, and compliance.• Proven experience in wealth/asset management sales or alliances.• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.• Ability to drive revenue targets with strategic thinking and execution.• Strong analytical and planning abilities with performance orientation.• High self-motivation with ability to work independently and cross-functionally.Qualifications:• MBA • 5–12 years in financial services, preferably in alternates sales or alliances.
