5. Project Assistance
Assist in managing various projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring
deadlines are met.
Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making.
6. Document Management
Organize and maintain electronic and physical data, ensuring easy access to
important documents.
Assist with document editing, formatting, and distribution.
7. Stakeholder Liaison
Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and
business partners.
Handle inquiries and requests, and relay important information to the CEO &
Director.
8. Confidentiality
Handle sensitive information and maintain the highest level of discretion and
confidentiality.
9. Administrative Support
Perform general administrative tasks, such as expense tracking, report management
and coordination
10. Prioritization and Problem-Solving
Help the CEO & Director prioritize tasks and address urgent matters efficiently.
Anticipate and proactively resolve issues to minimize disruptions.
Skills required:
Graduate / Postgraduate with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Time Management
Strong Interpersonal skills
Cultural Fit- Alignment with the organization's culture and values, as the executive
assistant will often act as an ambassador for the executives and the company.
Be proficient in using office software and technology tools to streamline tasks.
Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing priorities and evolving work
environments.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve in the role continually.
