Prime Functions:

  • We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Assistant to join our team at Accor. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Production team in food preparation and performing related duties in the Kitchen.
  • As a Culinary Assistant, you will be responsible for the work assigned by the Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or Chef de Partie in any section of the kitchen as per the standards.
  • Our ideal candidate will ensure that HACCP procedures are followed and clear records are kept at all times.
  • We are committed to providing our guests with exceptional quality and service of food products.
  • Operational Management is responsible for ensuring that any matter which may affect the interests of the hotel is brought to the attention of the Management.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to all recipes, methods, and instructions from the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef.
  • They will also ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained.
  • The Culinary Assistant will be responsible for the production, preparation, and presentation of all food items in the assigned function, ensuring the highest quality at all times.
  • The successful candidate will maintain appropriate grooming standards, hygiene, and code of conduct.
  • They will also coordinate operations with Department Coordinators, Supervisors, and other Departmental Managers to ensure operational readiness, efficiency in resource utilization, and the prompt delivery of services.
  • The Culinary Assistant will ensure that the assigned Kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are always kept as per the standards.
