What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who is a creative digital native. Should be well-versed with major social media platforms, have good writing & communication skills in English, and a keen interest in everything entertainment- be it Bollywood, Hollywood or OTT.

Job Description:

  • Help plan and execute social media strategy on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to maximize our page's reach, traffic, and interactions.
  • Well versed in crafting captions that hook & engage
  • Should be hands-on in creative formats such as reels, memes, carousel posts and other formats.
  • Post links, videos, and photos on the Koimoi social handles on a daily basis.
  • Track the latest trending content on social and create posts.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics for optimizing posts(links, videos, and photos) to find the right balance and get the maximum reach & engagement.
  • Adhere to the planning/content calendar for social media.
  • Help in ideating & creating strategies for YouTube & Facebook videos.
  • Track competition pages to identify gaps in content strategy
  • Manage promotional campaigns with the partners
  • Work with the publishing team to create visually appealing content, and post them on our social handles.

Experience & Skills:

  • 1+ years experience with a reputed entertainment publisher (Agency & Brand folks are welcome too)
  • Basic understanding of social media analysis and various tools like Meta analytics, Youtube Studio etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop and other image/video editing tools.
  • Ability to work in roster based shifts.
  • An understanding of copyright requirements and issues is a must.
  • Ability to work on Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
  • Should be flexible to work outside office hours in case of a breaking story or event
  • Should be a team player and be able to work with cross-functional teams like content team, publishers & video editors.
