Job Description
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage online presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital storytelling, strong communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos).
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and paid media teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions).
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 13 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Creative thinking with excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
